method
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil.
2. Snap the ends off the asparagus stalks and poach in two tablespoons of boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
3. Drain the asparagus and transfer to serving plates.
4. To make the sauce place the cream, water and camembert cheese into a pan and gently stir over a low heat until melted.
5. Pour the sauce over the asparagus and serve.
