200 g (7 oz) canned tuna in brine, drained
125 g (4 1/2 oz) low fat soft cheese
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
salt and freshly ground black pepper
method
1. Place the tuna in a bowl and flake the flesh with a fork.
2. Beat in the low fat soft cheese, lemon juice, mayonnaise, dill and seasoning.
3. Spoon the pate into a small bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
