1. Heat a frying pan on a high heat and char grill the red pepper until it softens and begins to char. This will take 8-10 minutes.
2. Place the goats cheese in a mini food processor with the greek yoghurt and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Chargrill the slices of ciabatta in a hot griddle pan until toasted and golden.
4. Cut the toast into bite size pieces and spread the cheese mixture over them.
5. Cut the red pepper into strips and sprinkle over the cheese and garnish with freshly ground black pepper and chives.
