Apple and goats' cheese brulee recipe

ingredients

1/2 apple, cored and cut into 1cm (1/2 in) cubes
55 g (2 oz) goats' cheese, diced
110 g (4 oz) Greek yoghurt
30 g (1 oz) soft brown sugar

method

1. Place the apple cubes and goats' cheese into a gratin dish.

2. Cover with Greek yoghurt and then sprinkle with soft brown sugar.

3. Carefully, using a blowtorch, glaze the top to caramelise the sugar.

4. Serve.
