1. Divide the peach slices between two ramekin dishes. Scatter the blueberries over the top.
2. Beat together the yogurt and fromage frais and spread this evenly over the fruit.
3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar on the top of each dish.
4. Place the dishes under a very hot grill for about 2 minutes, until the sugar melts and bubbles.
5. Cool and then chill in the fridge for 2 hours, so the sugar topping forms a crunchy layer
