1. Reserve 1 strawberry and place the remaining strawberries in a food processor with the sweetener and port, Blend until smooth.
2. Place the fromage frais in a mixing bowl and stir in the strawberry puree.
3. Divide the syllabub mixture between two small dishes and chill for 30 minutes.
4. Decorate each one with slices of the reserved strawberry before serving.
