method
1. Break the chocolate into small squares.
2. Place the squares in a small bowl over a pan of simmering water until the chocolate has melted.
3. Allow it to cool a little.
4. Place the fromage frais in a bowl and beat the cooled chocolate into it
5. Mix the chocolate orange drink with the boiling water to make a thick paste.
6. Beat this into the fromage frais and chocolate mixture, and then add the orange zest.
7. Whisk the egg white until it forms soft peaks and fold it into the chocolate mixture.
8. Divide the mixture between four individual ramekin dishes and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
9. Serve decorated with a little orange zest sprinkled on top of each one.
