225 g (8 oz) Quorn pieces
2 tablespoons pesto
1 red pepper, de-seeded and cut into squares
1 green pepper, de-seeded and cut into squares
1 yellow pepper, de-seeded and cut into squares
2 small red onions, cut into thick wedges
8 bay leaves
method
1. Place the Quorn pieces in a bowl with the pesto and mix well.
2. Thread the pesto coated Quorn pieces on to four skewers alternating with squares of pepper red onion wedges and bay leaves.
3. Grill for 8 - 10 minutes, turning frequently, until the vegetables begin to char around the edges.
