Creamy blackcurrant crunch

ingredients

serves 4
300 g(10 1/2 oz) canned blackcurrants in juice, drained
3 tablespoons reduced sugar
blackcurrant jam
300 ml (10 fl oz) low fat plain fromage frais
50 g (1 3/4 oz) crunchy oat cereal (e.g. Jordan's Original Crunchy)
2 teaspoons clear honey

method

1. Place the blackcurrants and jam in a small saucepan over a low heat for 2 - 3 minutes, until the jam melts and coats the blackcurrants.

2. Divide the mixture between four individual glasses and top each one with a layer of fromage frais.

3. Crumble the crunchy oat cereal over the top of each one and then finally drizzle the surface with a little honey.
