1. Place the mince in a large mixing bowl and add the cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, spring onions and seasoning.
2. Using clean hands, combine the mixture together thoroughly.
3. Divide the mixture into four and shape into burgers with your hands. Grill the burgers under a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
4. To serve, split the burger buns in half and place a cooked burger in each with a little shredded lettuce and a tomato slice.
