method
1. Grill the bacon and drain it on kitchen paper.
2. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard and spread this on the bread.
3. Arrange half the turkey on one slice of the bread, top with 2 lettuce leaves, a bacon rasher and half the tomato slices.
4. Place the second slice of bread on top and then top with the rest of the turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes, cheese and seasoning.
5. Cover with the last slice of bread, cut into quarters and secure each with a cocktail stick
