1. Place all the burger ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Shape two round flat burgers with your hands.
2. Cook the burgers under a hot grill for 5 minutes on each side.
3. Split each burger bun in half and toast them lightly.
4. Spread one half of each with a little low fat mayonnaise and top with lettuce and tomato.
5. Place a burger and the remaining half bun on top of each. Serve at once.
