Very sweet, but very easy and quick

I used golden syrup instead of honey as I didn't have any honey at the time. I will definately make them again as they were very easy, but I will reduce the sugar content and add some dried fruit. I will also add more liquid as I moulded them into biscuit shape and they did not spread out at all.

This recipe was fantastic! Instead of demerara sugar I used brown sugar! 5/5 :)
