1. Place the gammon steaks under a hot grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
2. Mix the pineapple with the mustard, honey, soy sauce and breadcrumbs.
3. Spread this mixture evenly over one side of each gammon steak.
4. Return the steaks to the grill and cook under a low heat for 5 - 7 minutes, until the topping is golden and bubbling.
