900 ml (1 1/2 pt) water

Make some strong black coffee, using 50 g (2 oz) ground coffee to 900 ml (1 1/2 pt) water. While it is still hot, sweeten to taste. Cool and chill. Pour into glasses, add a cube of ice and top with whipped cream.
