crushed ice
3 bottles white wine
3/4 bottle dry sherry
60 ml (4 tbsps) curacao
4 'splits' tonic water
3 slices of cucumber, a slice of apple and a sprig of borage per jug
method
1. Mix all the ingredients together in one or more jugs and chill before serving.
