Rosy punch

ingredients

makes about 2.1 litre
300 ml (1/2 pt) raspberry syrup
2 'splits' tonic water
2 bottles rose wine, chilled
90 - 120 ml (6-8 tbsps) brandy
1 lemon, thinly sliced
ice cubes

method

1. Combine the syrup, tonic water, wine and brandy in a large bowl.

2. Before serving, add the lemon and the ice cubes.
