large piece of ice
25 ml (1 1/2 tbsps) apricot brandy
25 ml (1 1/2 tbsps) curacao
50 g ml (2 fl oz) brandy
1 bottle champagne, chilled
1 'split' soda water
fruit to garnish
method
1. Put the ice in a large jug and add the ingredients in the order given.
2. Stir well and decorate with slices of fruit in season.
