Brandy cider cup

ingredients

makes about 2 litre (3 1/2 pt).
600 ml (1 pt) tea
50 g (2 oz) sugar
juice of 2 oranges
90 - 120 ml (6 - 8 tbsps) brandy
1 litre (2 pt) cider
1 lemon, thinly sliced

method

1. Infuse the tea and strain it on to the sugar in a bowl.

2. Cool and add the orange juice and brandy.

3. Just before serving add the cider and decorate with the lemon slices.
