method
1. Trim the beans, discarding the tops and tails.
2. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add salt and the beans and cook for about 4 minutes.
3. Add the prawns and cook for a couple of minutes more, until they turn pink.
4. Drain and arrange on a platter.
5. Blend the lemon juice with the oil, pour over the beans and mix gently.
6. Sprinkle with the marjoram and serve lukewarm or at room temperature
