method
1. Sweeten the tea with sugar to taste.
2. Add the mint sprigs.
3. Cut two thin slices from the orange and lemon, then squeeze the juice from the rest of the fruit.
4. Add to the tea and stir well. Chill for 1 hour.
5. Strain the julep and add the ginger ale just before serving.
6. Garnish with the orange and lemon slices.
7. Variation: Add a dash of your favourite spirit.
