2 to 3 green-skinned eating apples, cored and diced
4 tablespoons French dressing
salt
pepper
little crushed garlic (optional)
40 g (1 1/2 oz) walnuts, roughly chopped
425 g (15 oz) canned red kidney beans, drained
method
1. Mix together the apples, dressing, salt, pepper and garlic, if using.
2. Add the walnuts and beans and fold together. Chill lightly before serving.
