275 g (10 oz) canned crushed pineapple
1 packet lime jelly
75 (3 oz) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 sachet Dream Topping, made up as directed
50 (2 oz) nuts, crushed
2 oz (50 g) celery, diced
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 small green pepper, cored, seeded and diced
method
1. Drain the pineapple and reserve the syrup.
2. Make up the jelly according to the directions on the packet, using the pineapple syrup and hot water.
3. Allow to cool, then mix in the remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into 6 individual ramekin dishes or a serving dish about 3.5 cm (l 1/2 inches) deep.
