2 Cups (200 g) of self raising (self rising) flour
1 1/2 cups (500 g) of mashed potato
1/4 cup (65 ml) of milk
2 heaped tablespoons of butter or fat
Salt
method
1. Mix butter or fat into flour
2. Add salt to taste
3. Mix in mashed potato and milk to make a soft dough
