100 g frozen raspberries
200 ml grapefruit juice
250 ml bottle of JS lemonade
2 thin slices fresh ginger
juice of 1 lime
2 shots vodka (optional)
caster sugar (superfine granulated) to taste
method
1. Place all the ingredients except the sugar into a blender and blitz on high for 30 seconds.
2. Add sugar to taste as required and blitz for another 30 seconds.
3. Strain through a sieve.
4. Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately.
