4 red skinned eating apples, cored and diced
275 g (10 oz) cheese, cubed
4 oz (100 g) celery or cucumber, diced
4 tablespoons mayonnaise or French dressing
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
Watercress (salad cress) to garnish
method
1. Mix together the apples, cheese, celery or cucumber and mayonnaise or dressing.
2. Pile in a salad bowl and garnish with the walnuts and watercress.
