pieces of smoked salmon
squares of roll mop herring
smoked oysters
squares of canned pimento cocktail onions
folded lettuce leaves Cos lettuce
French dressing to serve

method

1. Thread a piece of salmon, square of rollmop, an oyster, a square of pimento, an onion and a folded lettuce leaf onto a skewer and repeat twice.

2. Prepare a skewer like this for each person and serve them on a bed of Cos lettuce leaves, with French dressing.
