410 g can evaporated milk
135 g pack of strawberry flavour jelly, dissolved
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 boiling water and allowed to cool
250 g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
method
1. Pour the evaporated milk into a large bowl and whisk with an electric hand whisk for 6 - 8 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy and leaves a trail.
2. Whisk in the cooled jelly and pour into a serving dish or 6 individual serving dishes. Place in a refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours to set and serve topped with the sliced strawberries.
