1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
1 banana, sliced
juice of 1/2 lemon
small bunch of grapes, skinned, halved and pipped
1 orange, peeled and segmented
cider, sherry or water
1 tablespoon clear honey
method
1. Sprinkle the banana and apple slices with the lemon juice to prevent them going brown.
2. Mix together all the fruit in a bowl and cover with cider, sherry or water, into which the honey has been stirred.
