1. Mix together the pork, curry powder, chutney, onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and bind with the eggs.
2. Press into a greased 500 g (1 lb) loaf tin and smooth the surface.
3. Place the tin in a roasting tin of water and bake in a moderate oven 160°C (325°F) Gas mark 3 for about 1 1/2 hours.
4. Turn out the loaf onto a warmed serving dish and serve with the sauce.
5. To serve cold, cool in the tin and chill before turning out and slicing.
