method
1. Put the tomatoes, carrots and potatoes in a bowl.
2. Mix together the ingredients for the dressing and pour into the bowl. Fold together gently.
3. Mix the apple with the lemon juice, then stir in the celery and salad cream. Add the bacon and mix well.
4. Spoon this meat mixture on top of the tomato mixture, and serve with coleslaw or a green salad.
