1. First make the sauce. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin and mash it with the garlic and lemon juice.
2. Beat in the remaining sauce ingredients. Cover.
3. Rub the turkey strips with salt, pepper and curry powder, then coat with flour.
4. Dip in the egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat the oil to 180°C (350°F), and deep fry the turkey strips, in batches, until they are golden brown.
6. Drain on paper towels and cool. Serve cold with the sauce.
