Cold Saffron Sauce

Saffron sauce can ideally be used for shellfish and cold fish dishes.

ingredients

makes 300 ml (1/4 pint)
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon saffron powder
squeeze of fresh lemon juice
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt natural yogurt

method

Combine all the ingredients and chill.
