approx. 6 tablespoons French dressing
4 tomatoes, skinned and sliced
4 cucumber, diced
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (optional)
198 g (7 oz) canned tuna fish, drained and flaked
salt and pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

method
1. Cook the beans in boiling salted water until they are just tender. Drain well and cool slightly, then toss with the dressing. Cool completely.
2. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, if used, tuna, salt and pepper to the beans and fold together.
3. Serve garnished with the egg slices.
