4 whiting fillets
1/2 stick (2 oz) 50 g butter
1 tbsp prepared English mustard
3 tsp single cream or natural yogurt
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
method
1. Fry the whiting fillets in the butter for about 4 minutes each side, or cook under the grill, then place the fillets on a serving dish.
2. Mix together the mustard, cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and pour this into the pan. Heat through, stirring continuously, but do not boiL
