method
1. Thinly pare 3 strips of the rind of one of the oranges and finely chop and reserve it.
2. Cut all the peel and white fibre or pith from this and all the remaining oranges.
3. Finely chop the flesh, removing all the seeds and put it into a blender with the lemon juice, honey and yogurt.
4. Work them together so you have a smooth, thick puree.
5. Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses and sprinkle each one with chopped nuts and the reserved orange rind.
