3/4 cup (75 g) 3 oz plain flour (All purpose)
1/2 cup Cornmeal
1/2 cup Wholemeal
3 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Kiwifruit; peeled, chopped
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
method
1. Sift flour & b/pdr into a bowl, add cornmeal, wholemeal and sugar.
2. In another bowl beat eggs, oil and milk.
3. Gently stir kiwifruit into wet mixture.
4. Add dry mix to wet mix and stir until just combined
5. Spoon into pans and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 - 20 mins.
