1. Put the jelly cubes in a bowl. Add 150 ml (1/4 pint) boiling water and stir until dissolved.
2. When cool, stir in the yogurt.
3. When the jelly mixture is on the point of setting whisk the egg white in a clean, grease free bowl until stiff.
4. Fold it into the yogurt mixture.
5. Spoon the whip into glasses and put in a cool place to set.
