Marmalade And Wine Sauce

Baked puddings can be somewhat dry. This zesty souce is the perfect accompaniment.

ingredients

makes about 125 ml (4 fl oz)
4 tbsp (60 ml) orange marmalade
75 ml (5 tbsp) white wine

method

1. Combine the marmalade and wine in a saucepan and heat gently for 5 minutes.

2. Transfer to a jug and serve at once.
