method
1. Grease an ovenproof dish suitable for using under the grill.
2. Halve the grapes, and put them into the prepared dish.
3. In a bowl, whip the cream until it hold its shape, then spread it over the grapes
4. Chill in a refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
5. Just before serving, sprinkle the cream topping with the brandy and sugar, put under a preheated moderately hot grill, and grill for 3 - 4 minutes until the sugar melts and bubbles.
6. Serve at once with Sponge Fingers or Dessert Biscuits.
