11 g sachet of gelatine

2 tbsp chopped savory
1 tsp lemon juice

method
1. Dissolve the gelatine in 2 tbsp of hot water.
2. Heat the grape juice to near boiling point and pour in the gelatine.
3. Stir well, and add the savory, lemon juice and sugar to taste.
4. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
5. Put the grapes in the bottom of a glass dish and pour the mixture over them.
6. Chill until set, and serve decorated with sprigs of savory.
