Quick Banana and Grape Br¶lée

ingredients

serves: 4
2 bananas, sliced
12 grapes, halved
250 g (8 1/2 fl oz) Greek yogurt
425 g (15 fl oz) low-fat custard
sugar for sprinkling

method

1. Divide bananas and grapes between 4 large ramekins. Top with a mixture of yogurt and custard.

2. Sprinkle quite thickly with sugar and place under a really hot grill until the sugar melts and turns brown.

3. Chill briefly and serve.
