method
1. Put all the ingredients together into a freezer proof bowl and whisk well, until soft peaks form.
2. Place into a freezer and freeze for 2 hours until mushy then beat well and re-freeze for another 2 - 3 hours or until frozen until firm.
3. Transfer to the fridge 10 minutes before serving.
