1. Remove the ice cream from its container and transfer to a mixing bowl. Crumble the biscuits into the ice cream and add the dried fruit and the almonds. Gently mix to incorporate the ingredients together.
2. Pile into a small freezer or ice cream container and place in the coldest part of the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
3. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Remove from the heat.
4. When ready to serve, scoop the ice cream on to chilled serving plates and drizzle each with the melted chocolate. Serve immediately.
