Banana Brulee recipe

ingredients

4 bananas, sliced
425 g carton ready made custard or cup custard
200 ml tub creme fraiche
4 tbsp caster sugar (superfine granulated)

method

1. Preheat the grill/broiler until hot.

2. Place the bananas in the base of an ovenproof dish.

3. Mix together the custard and creme fraiche then spread over the bananas. Sprinkle the sugar over the surface and place under the grill/broiler until it caramelises.

4. Chill before serving
