1 tbsp oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 red pepper, sliced
2 small pork loin steaks
230 g can of chopped tomatoes with herbs
salt and freshly ground black pepper
method
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and add the onion, pepper and pork steaks.
2. Brown the steaks on one side, and then turn to brown the other side. This should take about 5 minutes.
