method
1. Coat a large non-stick pan with olive oil.
2. Heat the oil gently and add garlic. Fry for 1 minute.
3. Add the minced beef and onion and fry gently, stirrnig occasionally for 5 - 8 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and juice, mushrooms, herbs, peas and water.
5. Bring to the boil and then leave to simmer on a low heat for approximately 25-35 minutes. Stir occasionally.
6. Add the potatoes and carrots to the sauce and blend ingredients to the consistency appropriate for your baby
