1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the turkey mince and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Add the curry paste and cumin seeds and stir fry for 1 minute.
4. Add the remaining ingredients (except the pastry and butter) and mix in.
5. Cut each strip of filo pastry in half, lengthways. Brush with melted butter.
6. Place a spoonful of turkey mixture onto the top corner of each slice and fold over to form a triangle.
7. Keep folding around to use all the pastry strip.
