3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (8 fl oz) 250 ml buttermilk
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
1 cup apple, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp gluten, wheat
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tbsp active dry yeast
method
1. Combine all in bread machine, liquids first, then dry, gluten and yeast last.
2. Process according to manufacturer's directions.
