method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
2. Grease and line an 18 cm square shallow cake tin.
3. Place the carob or chocolate pieces, oil and honey in a small pan and heat gently until melted.
4. Place the flour in a mixing bowl and make a well in the centre. Beat in the carob mixture with the water, banana and eggs until smooth.
5. Pour into the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until just beginning to shrink from the sides of the tin.
6. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into small pieces to serve.
